ABOUT ME

28 years old & teaching English in central Thailand. I've been here for almost 2 years. The language is coming along.

I lived in Portland for the last 2+ years and loved every moment of it; the hiking, the amazing people I call friends, the microbrews, beer festivals, dive bars, etc.

My bike gets me everywhere I need to go, even in the rain.

I grew up in New Orleans, LA USA and went to Mardi Gras this year. Soooo fun.

One of my favorite backpacking trips this past summer was to Goat Rocks Wilderness in SW Washington. So many breathtaking views. I returned home with an absurd number of pictures to sift through.

September 2009 I made it out to Black Rock City and attended my first Burning Man. It was the most fun, insane week I've ever lived. Everyone should make it out there at least once. What a great sense of community! Each person I met there was so open, so genuine, so friendly. A true blast.

Let's help each other keep travel costs down. We're living in homes/apartments with perfectly good living space that's not being used. Why not let another human occupy it for a night or two or three?
