ABOUT ME

I was born in Saint Louis and lived there my whole life until I worked in China (Fuxin) last year. I then moved to South Korea in September 2008 and lived in Suwon. I have traveled to Europe, Brazil, Turkey, and all over Asia. I love to travel. I now live in China. I was in Xi'an, but now I live in Haudu in Guangzhou.

PHILOSOPHY

I just like to have fun. I feel happiness is not measured by wealth, but some wealth can help. I feel everyone should have a chance to experience a good life. People should try to make others happy, but they should not let that get in the way of their personal happiness. We need to remember we only get one life, so we need to cherish every moment.

I like non-fiction books. I can't read fiction well. I feel like I am not learning when I read fiction. I don't like biography or self help books that much. Social science, science and philosophy (which really is mostly a bunch of BS) interest me.
When I watch a movie, I want to be entertained for 90 minutes. A decent storyline, some humor, some action, whatever, but it doesn't have a major plot twist like everyone seems to need these days. I like the Jason Bourne movies, 007, Spider-man, Dazed and Confused, A Clock Work Orange, Trainsoptting, all six (I mean seven) Star Wars movies, the new Star Trek was good, what ever ask me if I like it...
Music, I like rock: the Police, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, the Killers, Van Halen,
I also like going to jazz bars. I don't know the artists that well, but the music is good (as long as it is good jazz). I like blues too.

I have traveled all over the world. I have lived in Asia for almost 5 years. I have been to over 23 countries. I have met a lot of people from many different places.

Well I want to teach others my own personal culture and hope to learn about others. I really love to feel the culture of people when I travel.
