About Me

I am a computer programmer and recent-graduate taking a year off before graduate school to travel and meet new individuals who also love exploring.
I love food and the process of preparing/procuring it and in my free time I love to learn about baking, fermenting, plant-based cooking, gardening, foraging and all other forms of sustainable food cultivation. I am beginner in French and would love the chance to practice.
What it is like to host me: I love making people laugh and telling stories! Every time I travel, I love learning about other people and their experiences, but I also enjoy and respect solitude.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I believe it can be an enriching and convivial way to see the world and meet genuine people. I have been fortunate enough to have friends throughout the world and believe the best way to experience a city/town is to share it with a local.

What I Can Share with Hosts
For anyone who is willing to open their home to a traveler, I believe it is only fair that there is an exchange of home duties, so I am happy to participate in chores. I also enjoy baking and cooking, so if that is something you are interested in, I would love to prepare a meal for my host. If my host is interested in further practicing their English, I am also happy to share that.
