Hi! My name is Frank, and I am Australian citizen, originally from Seoul, Korea. I'm pretty easy going guy, and I like to joke a lot- the lamer the better! I have lived in 6 different countries, and traveled to over 30, some of them by bicycle. Currently, I'm working as a comic translator to help fund my travels, and used to work as a Scuba Divemaster in South East Asia, as well as in project management for a mining company in Korea. Looking forward to exchanging stories with you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met a group of good friends in Kota Kinabalu, who all happened to be CS members, and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and meeting so many interesting people all the time during the meetups. I made a lot of great memories with them, and so finally decided to try to get more involved now. I hope I can keep on meeting more like-minded people that also share a sense of adventure, and a desire to be become even better people, share real interesting stories, gain better understanding on anything and everything, and most of all have a lot of fun in each other's company. Travel would be very boring alone!

I won a state taekwondo tournament when I was 17, defeating the national champion in the finals!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be happy to help out around the property, and share any of my skills (even if I don't have them) if they're needed! Whether it be housework, some help with the yard, cooking (my beef pie is pretty popular), photography or video, etc. But I hope there will be plenty of time to share our lives, learn something new from each other, and just generally have some great fun!
