Hi! I'm a musician from Philadelphia, PA. I play guitar, sing and write my own music. I lead a band called The Ardvark Felon. "Ardvark Felon" is an anagram for my name, Frank Velardo = Ardvark Felon. It's my little tribute to Mr. Mojo Risin', Jim Morrison. We play a lot of blues, funk, jazz and rock n' roll.
I also do yoga and meditate, eat a plant-based diet and wear paisleys pretty much always. I guess I'm just a big hippy. In addition to music, lately, I've been bartending at the Philadelphia Brewing Co. which is also a lot of fun!

I'm here to connect with people who may be interested in hosting me/my band for a house concert! A lifetime goal is to travel and play music. House concerts have always been an exciting addition to playing bars and clubs while on the road, and I feel a greater bond is created between artist and listener. Is a really special thing. As I explore new cities where I have no fan base, this would be a great way for me to find music lovers, while also finding more 'legit' venues. Grass roots, baby!
