About Me
CURRENT MISSION
As Buddha says: "There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way". I want to learn so many things and enjoy everything that comes my way!
ABOUT ME
In 2010 and 2011 I've been working as a nurse in a small hospital in Holland. After that I packed my bags and went travelling through India, Nepal, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
In the past I've been to Zambia for four months and everytime I'm out in another country I'm just stunned by the amazing people out here on our beautiful planet.
Difficult to say about myself, but others tend to say I'm friendly, sociable and very flexible... I like to drink a beer every once a while but definitely love to have a good conversation about everything and all at once....
And the moment I work again but in my spare time I like to do sports, ride my motorbike, do some cardio training, go out to the bar, read books, watch movies and series. No life without music and lately I watched the world through my camera more and more often.
PHILOSOPHY
Take it easy and don't forget to enjoy on the way to your destination... Or as Buddha said: "There's no way to happiness, happiness is the way".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've experienced the warm welcome of people all over the world and hope to give some of their warmth to you.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first CS experience in Exeter and Falmouth and I simply fell in love with the whole idea! It was great to experience the warmth and joy of the other CS members! Stayed at a family in Nepal (not through CS) and surfed in Slowakia and Czech Republic so far. I clearly remember the fun we had, either sitting around a fire in the Nepali mountains or dancing in a Slowakian kitchen....
Interests
Where do you wanna go in life? Left or right? Which skills do you want to develop? What's your favorite book? What's the best song you've heard this week? How do you mow your lawn? How to boil your perfect egg (and let me taste it)? I want to know your best imitation of a Greek hero. Visit the most secret places of every place I come across. Want to know were the nearest motorcycle shop is? In short: I want to explore the world with all it's beauty and always wonder what surprises earth have to me...
Other ones: photography, salsa, motorbikes, books, movies and TV-series...
