ABOUT ME

Nothing much to tell about me except that i enjoy having people around and having a good laugh with them, i like easy going people that are not scared to give it a go that goes from trying one of my many Mauritian spicy and Australian dishes i would do any thing for any one as long as i am not taken for granted and that you appreciate my time and effort. I am very easy going and like to have a tidy place. I do not worry much about tomorrow. ( Tomorrow never comes) I love CS because it helps me to broaden my knowledge from your experiences and to be tolerant of others.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a new comer to CS2 i am hoping to help other travellers to make their dreams come true by offering them a place to stay in this beautiful corner of the world and hopefully make their holiday a very memorable experience. So all you have to do is send me an email and let us make your dream come true.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Alan and I spent some time in Europe and during that time we used CS along the way, I will never forget spending the night at a host in Paris there was somany of us in his flat that the host slept in the bath tub because of well should i say some one snooring :( i will not mention who it was!! the host was trying to break a record of havinh so many CS guest staying with him, it was during the 888 project in Paris.

Interessi

Reading, cooking, quilting, meeting people, dancing, walking, computer, Ebay, i am also learning to play the Djembe and enjoying making lots of loud noises if nothing else.

Musica, film e libri

love reading books, Fiction and non ficton, Detectives, Thrillers, suspense and intrigue,any music as long as i can undersatnd the lyrics, ballads, Love songs, Techno, psy, Reggae Music, Hip Hop French Music, love Goombay dance Band and Boney M. I like going to the movies specially funny one, the best one i have seen was Meet the Fockers.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Drinking Champagne in a hot air balloon at a very high altitude the day before my dayghter's wedding, wow that was quite an experience!scary to start with but fun, and yes i would do it again.
Spending the week end in Paris under the Eiffel Tower with other CS, sleeping under the stars and watching the Tower lights amazing thank you to 888 project. Climbing the Tower with Alan and Martin really put the icing on the cake!!:) Watching the Riot Police in San Sabastian doing battle with the Basque Wow that was something else!! I could go on but better stop here i would much rather tell the stories when you surf my couch:)

Insegna, impara, condividi

Life is a big learning stage, i am always willing to learn new things no matter what, and what i know i am willing to share, quilting, cooking etc.. i am always interested in learning new things as long as my circuit doesn't overload!(smile)
