ABOUT ME
Guatemalteco, estudiante de maestría y viajero. Desde muy joven he tenido la oportunidad de viajar y vivir en otros lugares, se convirtio en un estilo de vida el aprender de cada lugar diferente.

Guatemalan, masters degree student and traveller. I’ve traveled a bit, also lived abroad, and I try to learn as much as I can of each place .

I worked for an american NGO got a great experience,met the most givin people on earth and got to see the reality of my country,I realized of many things thanks to this experience was a bit more aware and open to new cultures //CS was what I was looking for and more//

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted people since 2009, from all over, made really good friends and connections, some I'm still in touch with, and some I had the opportunity to visit.

Although I haven't traveled too much I've found myself in sofas, beds, even been offered empty flats, always with nice, considerate and open minded hosts.

Gotta say each traveler has enriched my life, and I'm looking forward to keep hosting and meeting great people.

Intereses

Me gustan mucho los deportes, además estoy en la tarea de subir todos los volcanes de Guatemala, voy 28 de 37 un volcan a la vez; me gusta la musica en vivo e ir a conciertos o festivales.

I'm into sports and hiking, on the big task of climbing all volcanoes in Guatemala, I'm 28/37 ... one volcano at a time :), love live music as well going to gigs and festivals.

Tengo experiencia en traducción e interpretación inglés /español te puedo ayudar a mejorar tu español. Además soy vegetariano y me gustaría aprender nuevas recetas.

I have experience interpreting and translating English/Spanish can help you out to improve your Spanish. I´m a vegetarian also and would love to learn some new recipes.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Here is what I can offer for 1 or 2 persons max:

- Private room with double-bed, bathroom, tv
- Internet
- Safe place for those traveling with bicycles, dogs and even vehicles
- A tour of the city(On my days off)
- Getting drinks in town

Some facts/rules that you should know:

-Public transportation to Antigua or Panajachel just a few minutes walk from my house
- Smoking allowed
- You can use the kitchen as you please
- You can stay up to 3 days. For a longer stay, it will depend of how we get along and my schedule.
- Be kind, clean, honest about your plans
- Don't bring bedbugs :)
