My name is Franzi, I'm 21 yrs old and I'm on my first journey longer than two months away from home. I just finished university and as I don't want to work right away, I decided to travel for about half a year.
For 13,5 years I had a lovely dog. I also love horses (I went to America to stay, work and ride at a horse farm for two months) and do a lot of sports - go to the gym 3-times a week, play beachvolleyball and tennis, did track and field for 5 years ... -
I am an outgoing person, who likes to meet new people from all around the world. And I'm very excited to meet you and visit Australia for the first time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After graduating from university I now want to see more of the world. Starting to work as a volunteer in a game reserve in South Africa, I'd love to get to know the Australian way of living. That's why staying with a native seems way better for me than sleeping in a hostel where only foreigners are.
I'd also love to learn how to surf and get some information about secret spots and great beaches in Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in a national game reserve in South Africa for one month and travelled from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town by bus.
