ABOUT ME

My Name is Franziska and I am from Germany. I started using couchsurfing in the USA during my year abroad. Now that I am back in Germany, living in the capital Berlin and studying I'm trying to travel as much as I can.
I am currently doing a program of combined studies in Economy and Tourism which takes up a lot of my time. All the time I can spare I am using for travelling.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm happy when I travel. I want to see new places, meet new people and just enjoy our beautiful world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some good couchsurfing experiences during my year in the States being a guest and I'm looking forward to making more friends and memories now that I'm back in Europe and hopefully being able to being a host soon.

Interests

I love sports, especially running, horsebackriding and soccer but like trying new sports as well. Some of my biggest passions is Ballroom danicng and travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly like books of real-life stories like biographies and narratives.
I am a movie freak. I enjoy going to the theater with friends and check out new movies but also like watching old movies.
I listen to music a lot but I would say I have no scence of music at all because I listen to all kinds of music: alternative, rock, pop, house, acoustic...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever done was to leave Europe and go to America on my own being 18 years old.
It's not like I am the only one who ever did it but I am very happy with this decision and I think it was the best thing I have ever done for myself up until now. It made me realize there is so much more out there to see and explore.
