About Me
Hallöchen everyone!
I’m Franzy and I come from the beautiful south of Germany. Not from Munich as you might think now but there’s just as much beer and pretzels I guess ;)
I’m a quite uncomplicated and easy going person and curious about everything new. I love adventures and new challenges.
Actually, you can say I’m a little adrenaline junkie. Not only that I’m open to any kind of sports and doing tours with my motorcycle, I do pretty much everything which is full of action.
As much as I love the wild times, I also like relaxed evenings with some friends and nice conversations. I also enjoy the calm by reading a good book and having a hot cup of tea or coffee.
With the mix of both I’m always having nice adventures, collecting experience and meeting new people. Maybe even you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling, exploring foreign countries and cities, experiencing the various food, meeting new people and get to know their culture and lifestyle.
Being in a foreign country or city can be a bit strange, that's why I think there's no better way to get used to the new surroundings than to meet locals and live with them so you can get a better impression and you can make friends all around the world!
In return, you can give other travelers the opportunity to experience and learn about your city.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music and I can get enthusiastic about almost any style.
My favorites are:
-Alternative (Indie-Rock)
-Hip-Hop
-EDM/ Techno or some chilled mixtapes
It really depends on my mood but most of the time it's like putting headphones on -> turning the volume loud -> hello happiness.
The only thing I really can't stand is German Schlagermusik...
I like the movie Forrest Gump and if I could recommend you a book it definitely would be The Alchemist!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went through Ho-Chi-Minh-City by motorcycle and got into the Rush Hour. And suddenly I found myself driving straight towards a crossing where a whole invasion of scooters and motorcycles came from every 4 directions approaching each other and passed the crossing simultaneously without a single traffic light or even a traffic rule! It was the perfect chaos.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I did (or still trying to do) gymnastics for a long time and teaching some kids now. So I'm pretty sure we can do an exercise together. What about a back flip?
I've always wanted to learn how to play the piano or how to catch the perfect wave for surfing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Maybe some nice travel stories or the same enthusiasm for one or another hobby or the same attitude to life.
