ABOUT ME

I'm an open-minded, mostly laughing, energetic and happy person, but I can also be calm and quiet and just listening. I like to meet new people from all over the world and hear about their stories. And I'm always curious to try new food and get to know new and different things / cities / landscapes / countries. I love nature and whatever this world has to offer that I can explore and discover. Normally I'm travelling alone, but I really like to share my experiences or listen to the (travel) stories of other people which is why I enjoy getting to know new people with different thoughts, stories and opinions.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to make the best of the time I have left, treat other people as I want to be treated, stay optimistic and believe in the goodness and kindness of humanity.

During my world trip and also in other occasions I've experienced a great hospitality which was very enriching. Being on Couchsurfing is part of giving a bit of the kindness back to other travelers, sharing stories and time and getting to know all kinds of different and interesting people.

There are more than just one: living in Lisbon for a whole year, traveling for about a year after finishing university, being a pilgrim on the St. Jakobs Way and hiking 950 kilometers, and many more...
