Hello, I am 21 years old and from Germany. Two and a half years ago, I moved to Sweden to work as an AuPair, that was when I joined the Couchsurfing community, but only for a short time, because when I moved back to Germany, I started studying and was travelling less unfortunately. Now, a few weeks ago, I moved again and this time to the beautiful city of Budapest. I set myself the goal that I want to travel more again and couchsurf myself and also host other people.
I enjoy discovering, long walks and middle of the night deep talk, stories and narrators, warm summer nights and all kind of plants. I like painting ans sewing and other kinds of crafts. I am interested in history and languages and currently learning Hungarian and Swedish. Otherwise I am an easy-going kind of "go with the flow " person who doesn't worry a lot. I trust my guts and am according to that up and down for anything.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am new to Couchsurfing and so far I have never hosted or been hosted by anyone, but I liked the concept of it since I first learned about it. Moving to Sweden gave me the chance (and the need) to meet new people, not like new people who are friends of my friends but actual strangers with whom I exchanged some messages before only. Turns out I made very good and even best friends here. And when travelling before and staying in hostels, I of course always had a very good time with my friends, but I found it a bit sad to not meet a local, so well here we go, let's try this.

Interessen

Just like anyone here I am pretty passionate about travelling, new places, new friends. I like nature and original, wild places. My idea of a good evening is going to a bar or meeting at someones place, having some beer, funny stories and nice chats and jokes so bad they are funny again. I like food and I think counting calories is the most stupid idea since calling orcas orcas and not ocean pandas. Languages are really fascinating to me, and language and cultural exchange are one of the things that interest me in couchsurfing.

Movies: Can't really name an favourite movie, but I love going to the cinema, I also like series: Brooklyn-99, The Good Place, Stranger Things, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, and Orange Is The New Black
