Overview
About Me
Like many others here I am a friendly person, who likes to travel. I prefer nature to cities during my journeys, but I am also interested in the history and culture of the regions. I studied international ecosystems and ecology in my bachelor and now continues with a biology master. That makes me even more wanting to be in nature.
Generally I am almost always really happy and gratfull. I am so lucky having the chance doing all the things I love, whenever I want to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Untill now I mainly used Couchsurfing in Southamerica, which was amazing and gave me the best travel experiences I could imagine.... its really true, I'm very grateful.
I guess, like everybody here will tell, which is still quite true: the great thing about traveling is getting to know the local people and doing things apart from the touristy spots. That makes couchsurfing so great.
Interests
I really love doing sports and getting to know New Sports. Running, walking, cycling, climbing, swimming, horseriding, dancing, skydiving, rafting, diving... But since I have a dog I actually prefer going for a long silent walk or hiking in the mountains with him. He is my passion and always accompanies me.
I really love the mountains, they are fascinating and powerful.
When I am surrounded by them I always feel free... like everything else is less important.
During travelling, the most amazing things are meeting nice, open and interesting people, sitting on the campfire and trekking with a tent and dog.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking through southamerica and getting to know the beautiful Patagonia.
Oh well and also doing competitive Modern Pentathlon half of my live, with loads of European and World championships in so many different places, getting to know hundreds of amazing athletes around the world and learning how to achieve things through hard work. (Horseriding, fencing, shooting, running, swimming)
Teach, Learn, Share
I am really shitty in cooking, but I'm always open to try and learn new recipes. Well as long as I eat vegan, the possibilities are a bit limited, but we'll see.
