About Me

Last time I updated this bio in 2019!

Former photographer and cinematographer. Currently a Russian IT student, teaching Artificial Intelligence in my university and working in the world's biggest networking company Cisco as a Data Scientist intern. Have couple of papers with my name on it (it's very cool to mention in scientific communities).
I am very attracted to people, like to see them as they are with their imperfections. A friend of mine once told me that I'm one of that type of people who tries to be everywhere.
Yes, I want.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am passionate about meeting new people. When I travel or joining completely unknown community, I feel myself as another person, and this type of me I love the most. I believe in emotional exchange and cultural diverse. That's why I'm here.

Interests

I like long walks during warm summer nights, like meeting sunrises on roofs. I am of those who prefer active leisure: riding bikes/longboards/snowboards, making backflips on trampoline etc. Also there is something creative in me, I like to film videos, take photos, write stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

It seems like I am music lover, but I thought that's who almost everyone is. Lately I become very attracted to British indie bands like The Kooks, Arctic Monkeys and so on.
I can't say that I have some books that I liked most because I do value every one I read. But I can say that I love Russian literature, especially the novels of the Silver Age.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked as a volunteer at Olympic games in Sochi. That was the best time ! Lots of people that like to meet everybody. Such a nice atmosphere where everyone is ready for a conversation ! Amazing !!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: cool stuff about IT and what it's capable of today (it has almost unlimited potential)

Learn: Oh, I'd like to learn anything in this world, so if you can present sth in an interesting way, that would be awesome.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not sure I can host somebody though I really want to. The reason is that I don't have enough space in my room. But I'm totally Ok for emergency hosting, so write me if you need to sleep, I'll definitely find something for you.

But I would be glad to meet new people and show them the city! I think I can tell you quite a lot about it and join you in your exploring Moscow! So write to me and we'll surely meet up c:
