A simple life

ABOUT ME

Active guy,whitewater paddler,mountainbiker,tramper,lots of outdoor stuff.Plenty of travelling .Now I've settled at Tirohanga Beach where I work my avocado orchard just down the road.
I cruise off somewhere interesting every winter(Sri Lanka last year) while the avos are resting.
I love to design and build houses with 6 constructed and another on the drawing board.
I have two grown beautiful daughters and live with my dog

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a restful house on a secluded beach with two spare rooms availabe to travellers in need of sand between their toes and the sound of the surf in their ears.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few years on and I've hosted some interesting folk.Some have returned several times and have become old friends.
I travel for a month or two most winters but, you know, I've never couch surfed.I think I'm a bit shy.This year I'm going to do it so watch this space!

Intereses
