I'm studying in Osnabrueck, Germany for 1 year and want to visit some cities when I'm here! I come from Scotland and study Marketing Management with German.

My interests are Art, Cello, Singing, Sport, Cooking, Travelling, Learning Languages and meeting international people! I look forward to meeting you very soon and sharing a little of my Scottish culture with you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to couch surf so I can meet more international people during my short time in Germany! I have made some great friends in Osnabrueck so far and want the opportunity to enhance my cultural understanding further!

Couchsurfing allows me to find out about different cultures, traditions and daily norms! To aid my international degree course, these experiences would be of great importance to me. I also look forward to making friends for life!

Interests

I have been singing in Chamber choirs for the past 5 years and play the cello back in Scotland. I also enjoy cooking with friends and having a nice glass of Scottish beer too!

I like to play football, tennis, badminton and table tennis with my friends and I also enjoy drawing/doing art for relaxation! I'm looking forward to finding out your interests and spending some time getting to know you :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy classical music when I'm studying in the library..a fan of Mozart, Beethoven, Rachmaninov and Bach!

I sometimes listen to chart music too..such as Chris Brown, Jason Derulo, Adele etc!

I normally read newspapers to keep up to date with Current Affairs! I read the Guardian, The Telegraph, Financial Times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went skydiving one year ago in Switzerland! It was an amazing experience and something which I want to do again soon..when I have saved enough money!

I have been an English Teacher (part time) for the past 3 years..so I cherish the opportunity of meeting some great new international people!

I want to learn more about German cities and learn some words from different dialects! As I have been in Osnabrueck for the past 5 months..I want to find out more about traditions in your country too!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share Scottish history, culture and traditions..we can also speak some Scots English together!

We can share our travel experiences together and talk further about our most memorable times spent abroad!

I really want to improve my German too...so we can switch between languages!
