About Me

PLEASE DONT TREAT CS AS A FREE VERSION OF AIRBNB. I DO NOT LIKE ‘MAIL-SHOTS’ - REQUESTS SENT TO EVERYONE IN GENERAL AND NO-
ONE IN PARTICULAR. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO TELL ME WHY TOU WANT TO STAY WITH ME. I LIVE IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL AREA AND RECEIVE MANY REQUESTS.

I am energetic and enthusiastic and believe you get out of life what you put in. I see awe and wonder everywhere but what leaves me the most lasting impressions are the people I meet along the way. I've made many new friends as a world traveller and feel enriched by their experiences and wisdom

I'm newly single and young at heart with an appetite for adventure. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Life is too short to regret what you haven't done - just get out there and do SOMETHING!

I used my US visa to the max exploring the lower 48 as well as Hawaii and Alaska. I lived in Alaska for 2.5 months and made road trips using every mile of paved road in the state including going inside the Arctic Circle. I stayed in the USA for almost 9 months in total seeing all four corners and a lot in the middle too!!

I have made many friends and now have families and homes in every continent including Mongolia, Russia, France, Sweden, Texas, Boston and San Francisco

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems an authentic way to experience new places and new cultures and meet local people. As a sociable and friendly guy I want to find out about you. I love talking and meeting new people and exchanging stories. I'll show you mine if you show me yours!! We have so much to learn from each other and every day creates new opportunities to discover life's riches. Couchsurfing is cool but I've definitely not a couch potato.

Interests

Reading, travelling, meeting new people, cooking, photography, running, swimming, cycling, chatting, exchanging stories, watching beautiful sunsets and skies on cloudless nights, finding good wine, drinking good wine, talking about good wine, looking for new good wines.
I'm a fair weather naturist and can certainly help you find the best naturist beaches around La Ciotat. If it's a lifestyle choice you're familiar with or would like to try it you're very welcome to do so with me
