I'm Fred!

I am very calm and easygoing. A little bit shy, but working on it! hahaha
I need some time alone with myself to recover my energies, but love hanging out and interacting. Any kind of relationship is a chance to grow.
I consider myself a happy and joyful person.

I like outdoors activities, practice kung fu and tai chi, enjoy mountain bike very much and like almost any sport.
I don't drink alcohol or use drugs, but have absolutely no problem with those who do! I still go to the bar and have a great time hahaha
I also don't eat meat, but apart from that i eat almost anything.
I consider my life a spiritual journey, and try my best to accept it as it is, be patient, tolerant and learn more each day. I'm heterosexual and embrace differences of all kinds! Whatever floats your boat!
I also love music and engineering, but specially sound. I play drums and I am learning to play keyboard/piano.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like good music, no matter the style/genre. But i could say i like reggae, ska, and 80s american pop very much.

I specially like movies that make me think. But i like many movies, including non sense comedies. Just don't like romantic comedies very much.

I am not much of a reader, but i like books about human/self development and spiritual stuff.
