Overview
About Me
A recent high school graduate interested in almost anything, trying to expand his sheltered mind. I read Nietzsche for fun (though I must qualify this statement by saying I have little fondness for Nietzsche). Beyond that, I'm a fairly typical introverted escapist. Whatever that really means.
"Speak only when it would improve upon the silence."
"Be kind, everyone has their own baggage to carry."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer to travel, not vacation. Being able to stay with locals, who are often intriguing people by themselves, makes traveling so much better. Couchsurfing has constantly given me new friends, new experiences, and new perspectives. I love the idea of sharing something as intimate as a living space, and peoples kindness continues to amaze me. And, being practical, having a roof over ones head is never something to scoff at.
This as well as the fact that some day I hope to host, something I haven't been able to do up to this point in time.

Music, Movies, and Books
Being a massive escapist, my list of these is longer than many persons. But in the simplest terms, I am a voracious reader, tending towards science fiction or books of philosophy. Most music I enjoy either has guitars or synths in it. And I'm not too fond of movies, I prefer video games for my screen-based entertainment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Exist (I do not mean this as some egotistical piece, but the scientific fact of my existence is astounding enough to be amazing).
Teach, Learn, Share
Being a young person, I know very little (and some will say that I will always know very little). But I will always have stories to share, and pieces of flawed wisdom to dole out. And as for learning, I'll learn about anything as long as the teller is passionate.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories of my adventure so far, and I'm always up for a bit of interesting conversation. I've also been told I'm a good cook, and I'd be happy to try doing that for someone if they were willing.
