Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people that can show me new perspectives on things: on the places I'm visiting, on the ways I think, and the things I do. Its easy to get stuck in my own little world and just keep doing what I've been doing. Making friends with new people always does me good.

Interests

I love being outdoors. Climbing, biking, walking, running. I spend most of my free time trying to get somewhere where there are mountains, but would love to get to know the sea some more.

Otherwise the usual: music, films, beers, coffee, reading, food...going to new places,meetinf new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been really lucky and have been to a lot of places and done a lot of things. I think my favourite thing I've done though is mountaineering in Scotland in the winter. Not to any form of high standard, but just being out there in the freezing winds, rain, snow and cold was epic!
