About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

It's always hard to describe yourself, but let see what I can say:

I'm an easygoing person who don't like to plan to much. Go with the flow is always better. I'm pretty versatile and I can adapt myself to all kind of person. I never say no for a drink and I'm always ready to have fun.

After graduating from University of Sherbrooke in Civil Engineering. I travelled from January to March 2013, I passed a month in France and then two months in New Zealand, most of the time camping. Now I'm working as a civil engineer in an engineering firm in Montreal. I studied abroad in 2011 in United States and I realized that travelling is the best way to learn about life. Not much plan yet for my next destination, but let see what's life will bring me! Never plan to much because you miss a lot of opportunities, that's the key!

I like to meet new people and take the best from them to be a better person.

And I'm convinced that the only way to really know somebody is to meet him!

PHILOSOPHY

We'll figure it out!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

To meet new people and to see places that only locals know!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a lot of fun in Portland, Oregon. Our host and their roommates were very nice, they suggest us good spot to visit and brang us to great restaurant and bar!

I also meet people after posting an activity to hang out in San Francisco. A guy brang us to the best spot to see the Golden Gate. We spent the night there a bunch of people, we talk to each other with a drink and it was just fun. Without him, my trip in SF would have been not as much memorable! And a few weeks later, a girl that I've meet there host me in LA for a couple of days. We've became friend and travel in New Zeland together few years later! I'm so happy I met Katie Hope!

I also host a bunch of people at my place. Right now, my roommate sister lives in my living room so it's no vacancy for the moment.

Interests

I like to go out and don't be sure where I'm gonna end up. You can't be disappointed!

I like to do sport more than just watch it and it's for all kind of sport, I like to move and be active. I'm a pretty good skier, when I was young I was on a hill (we don't have big mountain in quebec) every weekend from November to March.

I also like music and all kind of art even if I'm not an expert, I like to learn about that from passionate people.

As a civil engineer, I have a small professional deformation, I like big construction and everything related to infrastructure.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not a lot of films, but a lot of music! I like all kind of music: Alanis Morissette, Kanye West, A.F.I, Classified, IAM, Tegan and Sara, Death Cab for Cutie, The Devil Makes Three... very heteroclite!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watch the sunset on a boat in a middle of the sea near the Whitsunday Island in Australia.
Realize that we are smaller then a ant in a canyon in a middle of nowhere/Idaho.
Meet wonderful person during all the trip I made so far!
