About Me

As a IT person I will try to convince people that we tend to be nerds but really friendly, interested (not just in computer games) and easy going ones ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

2014 I was traveling with a friend through France down to Barcelona and back for about three weeks.
As he had made great experiences with Couchsurfing before, we contacted some people during our trip and had the chance to meet really great personalities. Just exchanging experiences and getting to know them a little, while without CS I would never had the chance. Awesome.
And for me personally it's also kind of stepping out of my comfort zone, which is something everybody should try more often.

Interests

I did standard dancing for about 2 years while grammar school. But started again with some Rock'n'Roll, Salsa and Discofox courses offered by the universities here.
Slackline and playing guitar is unfortunately something I haven't find that much time for since I started to work and study at the same time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ben Howards first album and especially his percussive songs.
And to speak more genre wise: Indietronica is the main part of my weekly playlist on Spotify.

The last movie which wowed me was Birdman. Last really big one I saw in the cinemas was Star Wars. Yeah and now it's already 8 month later.

I read some great tech books like Clean Code or eXtreme Programming explained :D otherwise Khaled Hosseini's The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns were really really good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Never hitchhiked in my life. But during my small Balkan trip I suddenly thought it's a good idea to try it from Sarajevo to Zagreb. Alone. As I am able to write it here...It worked.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Malta, Spain
