Overview
About Me
I'm a laidback person who enjoys everything from the nice and quiet bookcorner to an all-out party Armageddon. I particularly enjoy cooking. While local cooking is always the preffered option, any new dish sounds good to me. Currently i'm pretty hyped about chorizo, lemons and pepper which seems to get into every single dish I cook. The cooking varies from recipe-based to complete freestyling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I am in between education I face a lot of different questions; do I want to be a psychologist? A lawyer? Or perhaps an economist? Travelling is a nice getaway from those questions, but more importantly it frees me. Like something deep inside me only comes out when i cross the danish border. I have for some time now had the eternal issue of getting beneath the skin of the local population. To truly get to know the culture in the time available. Something which is hardly truly attained at hostels or at museums. And this brought me to couchsurfing. I have yet to enjoy my first couchsurfing-trip, but that only adds to the excitement.
Interests
Football (Soccer), politics (everyone enjoys a good discussion), tennis, spending time with friends, working out. Cooking, reading (currently "A tale of two cities"), partying.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am currently reading "A tale of two cities", and I can already tell it is going to be a favorite. As for completed reads: A song of Ice and Fire. Every single book, even though number 5 is superior. Yahya Hassan, Ender's Game and Freedom. And anything written by Elizabeth Edmondson.
As for music, I am quite passionate about something as mainstream as Imagine Dragons. Movies are not my thing - I'm more into series, having enjoyed Suits, HIMYM, Chuck, True Detective and Billions.
Teach, Learn, Share
Cooking. I would just love to discover a new ingredient, inspire a new taste or teach a new dish.
