flying back and forth from Brussels to Shanghai in days to give a Keynote presentation on a congres.

Unfotunately discovering at my arrival in Shanghai that I had no visa and feeling very stupid.
After 4 hours negociating being permitted to enter the country with a 3-day lasting visa which was great because I only needed to be there less than 24 hours...
