Right now im a man, trying not to haste, trying not to do anything with pressure and trying to follow my heart. Relaxation has to be achieved each day new for me, cause i awake already thinking about the things ima do next and that haste continues til im deciding to do some meditation. i breath out i breath in -------- and its awesome :)
