ABOUT ME

Hi everyone...

We are a couple living in France for the moment, in the suburb of Paris actually.
Her, was born in Indonesia and grew up there till I was 12. Then, she moved away to Paris and live in France since then.
Him, was more sedentary cause he always lived in Paris.
But he doesn't support hot weather, so never mind.

We love movies, cooking, travelling, board gaming, geeking (mostly for him)... and garage saling :))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We start to host since March so we're a new comer... hope that everyting's going to be fine for a looooong looooong time cause we really have fun with our surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

She used to be hosted in Indonesia and Malaysia by people she met in CS.

We already host a few people, from cs or outside cs. We already make new friends from Italy, the netherlands, USA, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Interests

Discovering everything, New countries, Cultures, People, Habits, Foodism... we're open to all new experiences.
We believe that CS also aims people to exchanges experiences together and to live new things together.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like all kind of music. It depends on our mood. She has a preference for retro sounds with influences of swing, jazz and bossa nova. He loves french rock and pop rock in general.

She is a movie lover. Basically she loves oldies movies like Breakfast at Tiffany or Some Like It Hot. She's also a big fan of Wong Kar Wai`s movies as 2046, In The Mood For Love and My Blueberry Nights.

He's a book lover. Mostly science fiction and fantastic stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Being part of the middle-age carnaval in Provins, France.

* Hitchhiking in Turkey and sharing experiences and moments with all adorable turkish people.

* Trekking in a mountainous temple in Kyoto during typhoon.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love cooking so we can share reciped and new taste. Love to try other countries recipes and we can also share our knowledge.

She loves to sing and do karaoke not only in her bathroom.
She also loves to learn new languages. Currently she's learning Italian. It's been 4 months now and all italian speaker are welcome for sharing.

He would like to get a stormtrooper costume.
He loves boardgame and video games. He loves beer and one of his mission since 3 years ago is to discover new beers in every country we visit.
