Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met people for coffee in Jerusalem, had some couchsurfers stay at my flat in Erfurt. Randomly met nice couchsurfers all over the places, for example when touring the Balkans.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Jerusalem for a year and worked with survivors of the holocaust. That experience was probably the most important for me at all. Leave home with your parents telling you to stay, go to a country where it is always a moment of surprise how people react when you tell them you´re from germany and work in an old peoples home with men and women that went through hell but have so much strength and power in what they do and how they lived their life.
