ABOUT ME

I'm pretty much a professional student chasing my PhD; which is actually pretty fantastic and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else. A nice little perk is the conferences I get to travel too!

Interests

My PhD is in engineering, so I'm a HUGE science dork. I get really excited about most things related to science and technology.

BUT I still have a huge appreciation for the arts, and when traveling will most likely be found wandering museums.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2007 I went to La Tomatino in Bunol, Spain. Caught up with 20000 other people descending into this small town square, and throwing pound after pound of squashed tomatoes at each other while locals from their balconies sprayed us with hoses. It was one of the most amazing things I've ever done, such a crazy atmosphere.
