ABOUT ME
Living since more than 15 years now in the Philippines but on a break. So back to Europe.
Happy to share my experience and give info's or advice for travelers "off the beaten path" for the Philippines or SE Asia.

PHILOSOPHY
Love it.
Change it.
Or forget (deeply accept) it.

WHAT I LOVE
Deep and long talks about life, art, nature and many more.
Learning about new cultures and new philosophies.

MY HOBBIES
Very active physically. As of now I am again back in love with an old friend - running.
Trail running to be specific.
Besides that I love long MTB tours to explore places.
Swimming is my way to get back to harmony and balance.

In my last life (In SE Asia) I was a fish. Freediving instructor, SCUBA instructor.
Thus I can tell lots of stories about how to learn to hold your breath and explore the underwater world in this spectacular way.
Next life I was Indian Jones. I am the founder of an outdoor adventure company in the Philippines.

And all this adventure is inside a mind that now is on the next steps to build a new company in mental coaching. :-)
