ABOUT ME

We are Jack & Jacque Pruett. We have been married 45 years. We have 2 grown children, 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. We left our jobs and businesses 20 years ago to go into the prison ministry. Our ministry now also has a residential dicipleship program for people with addiction problems. We are non smokers and non drinkers.

PHILOSOPHY

Love God and do as you please, and you will please God. Jacks says that women all live from emotions, and men live from facts. I don't think so!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A knock on the door. I answered. A man I had never seen before said "do you know what a motel is? It is where you stay when you don't have relatives there. I am your cousin!" 5 of them. They stayed 2 weeks! (one week too long) That has been over 40 years ago and we have had a wonderful and interesting parade of people thru our homes and lives since then. Now I'm hoping to give it a try also.

Family, traveling, sewing, reading, cooking, everywhere new. Jack is a scuba diver. I shop while he is under the water! Like to play board games. Enjoy the local cultures and food everywhere we go.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I guess one would be when I was kidnaped on a camel in Egypt. After a bit, Jack took another man's camel and came galoping across the sand after me. It took some doing, but he did get me back. A damsel in distress rescued!
