Overview
About Me
I am a Danish National who has lived more outside of Denmark than in it. I've lived off and on in the United states, and have fallen in love with travelling. It's not the glamour of it, but the connections with people you find along the way. One of the best experiences one can have is finding similarities in unexpected places... perhaps it is this that changes the world!
I used to take pictures when travelling, but I'm currently taking a break from the camera, to try living the experience first hand instead of through the lens. Other than photography, I'm a sucker for good music, such as Alabama Shakes, Alt-J, Gorillaz, Rodriguez, Father John Misty, Future Islands, Elton John, U2, Nephew, the list goes on.
I'm not very athletic, but I can lead a great yoga routine :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I believe in making real connections with people around the world! As a student I am also not able to afford expensive travels and try to budget my way through most of my journeys, putting value on people and experiences rather then luxuries or material pleasures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Nepal for four months teaching English in schools and childrens rehabilitation centers as a volunteer. Hands down one of the most rewarding things I've done.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Share good stories, experiences, and of course a bottle of wine! I don't mind paying at all for couchsurfing with different hosts, as I am greatful for anyone opening their home to me. :)
