Let's see... People say I'm an easy-going, funny person and I tend to think that it's true ! I would also say that I'm passionnate, I love life and I want to share as many things as possible !

PHILOSOPHY

"Carpe diem" might be a cliché, but why shouldn't we see things that way ? To me, it's simple as ABC : it's essential to ENJOY !

I'm quite a new couchsurfer, still I have had very cool experiences and done great encounters each time I have been hosted.

Música, películas y libros

Eclecticism is a word made for me : there's quite a gap between The Wizard of Oz and Kill Bill. I love classics, from Billy Wilder to Lubitsch, from Jacques Demy to Douglas Sirk... and really enjoy independant movie directors such as Wes Anderson, The Coen Brothers, Almodovar, Xavier Dolan... Gosh, there are so many !

Same thing for music : I have pleasure with great composers such as Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky or Brahms, but also with vocal jazz (Ella Fitzgerald, Madeleine Peyroux...), electro and pop (Julian Casablancas, Florence And The Machine, Adele...), folk (Alela Diane, Joan Baez...), New Wave music (Echo and the Bunnymen, Blondie...) and many many many other bands/singers. Some of my icons are Patti Smith (gosh, she is sooo great), Kate Bush (what an amazing voice), Amy Winehouse...

Algo increíble que he hecho

I have plenty of anecdotes in mind, but the strongest one to me might seem totally boring to others : I was in Norway, not far from Oslo (and when I say not far, I mean five kilometers...), I was walking through the forest. And then I stopped. I just realized that I discovered silence. I was surrounded by snow-covered trees. The white coat formed by the snow was amazingly beautiful... Seriously, I think that was one of the greatest moments of my life !

There was also that trip in NYC where I spend more than two weeks. Every memory is intact in my mind, I just loved it and felt at home, as if it was the place I belong to...
