ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kalani. I like good concerts, good parties & very bad television. Bordeaux is pretty much my second home. I've lived here for about 4 years now so I'm on my way to becoming bordelaise ;) With that being said, I've decided I need to move around a bit, change things up because I can pretty much count on ONE HAND the number of times I've left Bordeaux (minus Arcachon & trips back to California).

Interests

I like having coffee with good friends as much as I like a good party. I appreciate talent of all kinds, whether it be a knack for languages, an instrument or a special artistic flare. I think Pablo Neruda is amazing. I love to dance. I was a Polynesian dance for some years. There's so much to see in the world, & just as many people to meet if not more. I like discovering new places, from countries or a new cafe. Pretty easy going & friendly if I do say so myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd really like to learn Spanish, Italian, American & French Sign Language. I can't say much in any of those, only a few phrases for now, but I'd love to learn.

I speak English & French fluently. I can help if you ever need. I will try my very best. My Spanish on the other is hard to describe, but I'll give a try. I understand a fair amount, but I'm really shy when it comes to answering questions/making a remark.

I'm not much of a cook, but breakfast is pretty good. I can make muffins, french toast, crepes & eggs.
