ABOUT ME

Hi everybody, I'm Julie.
Pfff, it's hard to talk about myself...

I live in France, near Paris, in a studio apartmet with my cat :)

I used to be an English student... but I'm working now. For the moment Iwork in an electronic company.

What else... I LOVE dancing and going to the movies as often as possible. I basically like and listen to any kind of music (but not so much rap music!)

Oh and I LOVE speaking English!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been surfing some couches here and there but I never had the chance to host until now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have spent 10 incredible days in New York thanks to the couchsurfing method. I am so happy to say that it was an incredible experience. I met welcoming and very nice and funny people there who always took good care of me, giving me advice and tips about the city.

Since NYC, I've been to Scotland and Spain, and met once again pretty amazing and sharing people.

It's great to realize that good people actually exist everywhere! It's reassuring!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

One day I was in London, and people were gathered in front of a building. It was the premiere of Spiderman. They said that Tobey Maguire was supposed to arrive. I didn't know if I had to wait or go but I decided to stay a bit. And then, all of a sudden, he arived. I just saw him really briefly but it was strange to see a famous person in front of me... I saw Kirsten Dunst and took a picture of her... a picture of her arm and bodyguard as it turned out but anyway I kept it!!!
I really don't think it's amazing but I had to come up with something!!
Since this not-so-much-amazing-but-whatever thing, I have met Ewan Mc Gregor, coming out of a theatre bathroom, I've seen The Statue of Liberty and found it quite impressive !

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Maybe I can share the french cuisine!!! I'll bring snails and stinky cheese (I love cheese!!!!) In fact I don't really know how to cook any kind of typical french food but I can deal with easy stuff....
I guess I don't have that much stuff to teach but I'm really eager to learn, so I count on you guys to teach me!!
Anyway we can always share my good mood!! That's the least I can bring!!
