Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world through the eyes of others, then find out what that means to me
ABOUT ME
I'm an cheery, optimistic, talkative person. I love learning about new places, people, cultures, and languages. I love the outdoors, old architecture, amazing ethnic restaurants, and any type of water sports. I like to read, sing, watch a good movie, spend time with friends. I practice tae kwon do and love it! I work for a scientific society in Washington, DC
PHILOSOPHY
Spend so much time to the perfection of yourself that you have no time left to criticize others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to encourage people to seek the world around them, to step outside of the their comfort zone, and find there are still those willing to help. That everyone has something to offer and is worth learning from, and that building a global community will further cultural understanding and respect for everyone.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I attended a Sabbath dinner hosted by a family in Israel. My sister and I stayed with a woman in Switzerland, and I have met some couch surfers my parents hosted.
