Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being amongst other people is something I like and enjoy. When I'm back home in Holland I'm pleased to show visitors around town, go for a drink, a nice live music place, chill out in the park, pick a good party, cruise the canals, check out some coffee shops, comedy, or what ever. Got no stay-over possibilities at the moment unfortunately.
When traveling, I'm very interested in meeting new people as well, locals as well as other travelers. At the same time seeing some of the area, town, some nice bars or terraces. Nice places to go. Live music I like a lot. Experience new cultures, languages. Sometimes a place to stay over would be great, but not always necessary.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting completely ignored by a Spanish parrot when trying to teach him say "ola", at the same time got spotted by some locals, about to crap their pants when seeing me fooling around, then finally getting away with it by a pulling out "the big smile", continuing on "the poker face".. thank you parrot
