Hi! I'm Frens, but you can call me Frans, Frens, Frenske, or make up a name yourself. I'm often described as a calm, observant person, and in general rather happy and positive.

I love listening to stories of others and might have a few stories to tell myself. I feel that everyone on this planet is connected. Compassion towards others is an essential topics in my life as I'm trying to cultivate this every day.

Meeting people, sharing adventures, and seeing new places. Get out of my own bubble, change how I am and share that change with others. Overall I just really enjoy seeing how other people live and grow.

How to gain a sense of inner peace, to calm the storm and be content. Other interests are sports (triathlon), outdoors (hiking, mtb), movies, manga, etc. I'd love to be able to grow my own veggies one day, when I'm all grown up and have a house of my own for long enough to actually experiment and grow veggies.
I don't need a lot of stuff, trying to minimalize by getting 'stuff' that lasts and has meaning to me.
