About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding a way how humans eventually manage to thrive and develop without hurting their own basis of live, the environment. It's a big goal. We need to have big goals.
ABOUT ME
Hey everybody! My name is Frenzi and I am currently living in New Haven, CT to get my Masters in Environmental Management at Yale. I am originally from Germany but have been a little transient recently. Some things you have to know about me is that I am a passionate climber, aspiring minimalist and failed zero-waste advocate. :D Most importantly, I am a person who tries to live up to my own values and keep getting better at the things that matter to me.
I love coffee. Everything about it. The smell especially. So when you come visit, I am happy to share that passion.
I love art, architecture and design because my parents are both professional artists and self-builders. So I guess it's in my blood, somehow.
OH: And I love trees!
PHILOSOPHY
I am still looking for a philosophy because I think it is important never to stop looking for new things in your life. Never stop thinking about what you want and what you believe. And whats even more important: We should always dare to let go of former beliefs or thoughts. Open your mind to new things. Thats important! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing gave me insights into people's homes, cultures and lives all over the world. Australia, New Zealand, Romania, Spain, Ecuador.. I thank every one of them for offering me a home on my journeys and making my travelling complete. I don't wanna miss it anymore as it became part of my journeys, making them brighter, more authentic and SO much more interesting. I care about all of you and I thank you so much! :)
Interests
I guess if you had to know one thing about me is that I love rocks. Climbing, bouldering, you name it. It is a huge part of my identity and we sure get along well if you're a climber, too. :D
I also like everything connected to outdoorsy stuff. Week long bike trips, hiking, paddling.. Whatever. Only if it includes sleeping in my cosy sleeping bag under the open sky. That gives me the kind of feeling i would call freedom.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I´ve been to La Paz, Bolivia for approximately 5 months. I saw the salt lake "Uyuni" and the jungle. I also went on a bike trip down the "Most dangerous road of the world". The time I spent in this beautiful country was just amazing and made me wanting to see as much of the world as possible.
