ABOUT ME

I am an easy going and friendly girl, who likes to think and talk about the world around me.
I am studying filmscience and I write screenplays - and when I meet new people on my travels and hear their stories they always inspire me and give me new ideas. I live in a collective with 5 other people - and we love new company :)
I enjoy films, writing, live music, good stories, good coffee, quiz games, late night conversations, poetry slam, meditation, dancing for hours, being part of a creative project, cold beer, lukewarm redwine, news from around the world, running, discovering hidden bars, singing loudly, theatre, yoga, laughing until my stomach aches, chocolate, discussing deep emotions and important subjects while being tipsy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been surfing, and I have been surfed... But not yet on my own profile :) I am looking forward to future surfing and hosting. When the summer is over and if my roommates allow me I would love to host you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a couple of couchsurfing experiences - I have couchsurfed in Indonesia and have had couchsurfers in my collective - only positive encounters so far :)
In my book couchsurfing already beats most other ways of travelling.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Films:
As a true filmbuff I find that most films can catch my interest in one way or another - if nothing else, I enjoy the exercise of figuring out, why a bad film is bad.
Lately I have enjoyed fantastic films such as 'The Hunt' (Thomas Vinterberg), 'A Seperation' (Asghar Farhadi) and 'Beasts of the Southern Wild' (Benh Zeitlin) - Look out for these!

Music:
Rufus Wainwright, Martha Wainwright, Antony and the Johnsons, Bon Iver, The Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Talking heads, Fleet Foxes, Simon & Garfunkel.

One important book in my life as in the life of many others: 'The Little Prince', Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Once I saw a mushroom measuring approximately 1 meter in diameter, that had grown out in 1 day. It was considered to be a holy miracle by the hindus on Bali.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can play the violin, and I would love to give an introductory course :)
Other than that I can shuffle cards two-ways, I can fold a box of paper, and i can sit in the Lotus position for meditation.
