Movies: Dont watch often but like to sometimes. Recently enjoying more more light hearted even romantic ones I never was into before. I did many years of psychological thrillers, mind benders, and documentaries but enjoying lighter things now. Few classic favs: Erin Brockovich, Vanilla Sky, Eternal Sunshine for a Spotless Mind, Fallen, Waking Life, Devils Advocate, Fight Club, Momento, anything with John Travolta 😆

Series: Ted Lasso, The OA, Dead to Me, Doc, Shrinking, Travelers, Working Moms...

Music: I love me some oldies. 40's - 90's. Soul, Motown, Classic rock, Beethoven, R&B, Folk, Hip Hop, to Metallica to Anticon to Tool to Operation Ivy to Doo Woop to System of a Down-there is no categorizing my music.

Had many months healing my body where I lived by candle light, no stimulates, no oil, salt, sugar, processed foods , no shoes just fruit, herbs, nature, saunas, cold plunges, breathwork and the ocean..

A non judgmental space for you to be yourself and not have to host me in any particular way; please. If your not feeling your best or in a certain mood, feel free to take care of yourself and I'll happily do the same. I usually need a bit of recharge on my own so its never a bother.

I have a lot of understanding for most if not all circumstances and have mad respect for anyone out there doing this crazy experience we call life! 😜

Important note for where I stay:
I have chemical sensitivities, so strong perfumes, colognes, heavily scented body care products, give me reactions. I’m also sensitive to incense. But! Burning natural woods, sage, palo santo etc and Essential oils are wonderful and do not bother me.
