I'm an adventure-loving person who's always up for new experiences. I love meeting new people and seeing new places. I always deal with life with a smile on my face and never take for granted the good things in life, like the simple pleasures of a good beer/coffee with friends.

I'm a half Australian/Icelander living in Iceland and I just finished my bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering. Before embarking on my masters I would like to explore the world and it's people as much as possible by travelling, not as a tourist but by connecting with locals. Couch surfing is a great way to meet new people and make new friends, I've only ever had positive experiences and I hope to give the same to anyone I end up hosting here in Iceland. I'm passionate about the beauty that Iceland has to offer and given the opportunity enjoy showing it to fellow travelers.

Good company, good laughs, good beer. I love adventures especially when they include the nature, there is beauty everywhere and I like to dive right into it. My passions include outdoor activities like hiking and camping and photography but I like almost any activity outside, and relaxing after a big day :)

Books. Love them. In particular, Harry Potter, LOTR, The Hunger Games.

My favourite movie of all time is Monty Python and the Holy Grail, other favourites include Finding Nemo, Shrek, LOTR, Forrest Gump, A Knights Tale and many more.
My music taste is pretty broad, I can listen to almost anything with a good melody and a good beat. Particularly fond of the music coming out of Iceland at the moment, too many good names to mention.

I love teaching, especially when people are interested in learning, I can teach English or Icelandic. I'm also always up for learning new things, doesn't matter what it is. Just recently learnt to whistle with my fingers, great accomplishment!
