Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea that people from all over the world can meet through a website/app and share experiences. In my opinion there's no better way to travel than to hang out with people actually living in the place you're visiting. This way it’s so much easier to find what we in Swedish call Smultronställen (“strawberry places”) - spots/treasures hidden from the tourist maps and known only by locals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most musical genres but not everything in all genres. I listen to everything from black metal to hip hop to nordic folk music, depending on the mood I'm in and what I want the music to make me feel.

I also love reading, one of the best feelings is when you can't stop reading a book so you carry it with you everywhere and you don't even look where you're going, you're completely lost in some fictional world.
