ABOUT ME

i am seeking to live as presently as possible while keeping the important pieces of life in balance.

i just left philadelphia, where i was working as a trauma therapist for children ages 18 months to 13 years old. on the night of my 30th birthday while in the woods of maine, i made a plan to leave that position and begin living in a more sustainable, balanced way...in a way that allows me to be more tuned into the creative and wild. as of march 4th, i stopped working full time. now on a mission to use my photography and my training in social work to see what can happen.

i've lived in swaziland, south africa, mexico, and in a castle in the hudson river valley with an old woman and a ghost. my favorite places are the ones i've not been yet. always craving new adventures and to follow the thing that's seen out of the corner of my eye. i think hunches, gut feelings, and intuition are important guides.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my last roommate and i hosted several CSers and met some lovely folks in doing so. travelers, musicians, artists, etc.

i was hosted as a surfer in kansas and had a lovely experience.
