A 29 years old light from Sweden navigating inner and outer worlds. I'm friendly, easy going, and just the right amount crazy. Always with great love and respect. I enjoy adventures, dancing, spending time in nature, yoga, writing, acroyoga, cooking, sharing, listening, growing, contemplating, swimming, reading and all forms of creating! I'm easily inspired by others peoples passion and love to try and learn new things. I make a badass pasta and I'm happy to share yoga, both through and beyond the postures.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Smuggled me and my friends onto a cargo ship that took us from Manila to Coron on the island Palawan in the Philippines. Which turned out to be one of the most beautiful places on earth!
