About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live and eat as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I adore travelling and most of all to walk around cities. I enjoy eating and dancing as much as I can. Love to hear stories, and seeing different ways of living. I'm an easygoing person, at times a bit shy but once you start the music I dance and I become someone else. I adore cinema (one of my missions in life is to do something there, anything!), I like art and reading.

PHILOSOPHY

Learning to live and let others live aswell.

Fish Veracruz

Ingredients:
-Fish (a white one, with a mellow flavor)
- Tomato concentrated
- Persil
-Salt
- Olives
- Onion
- Chilacas

You fry the onions with a bit of oil, after you put the concentrated tomato with the olives, salt, pepper, chilacas and persil. Let it cook for a while, then you put half a cup of water and you put the fish in, you let it cook and voila! you have an easy nutriouts and typical dish from Mexico.
