my name is Rike.

My passion is biking (cyclocross, roadbiking and for sure trekking bike rides), i play ultimate frisbee in a team, i love beeing in the nature: hiking, climbing and of course i love to meet & talk to new people, discussing and get through the daily everyday life together.

i also love taking pictures and explore the little things in life.

i prefer local, organic food, i like to eat fish and meat sometimes, i love fresh vegetables and fruits. always open to new stuff. i admire sushi since i lived in norway.

i like dancing to electro swing music.

love reading books. and listen to audio books.

i grew up without a tv, never watched many movies, even nowadays.
but i like watching outdoor movies or reportings sometimes.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

there are so many great experiences i made.
i could never ( or not now) decide which one was THE best experience.

i got to know so many countries already, and iam so thankful that this is possible.

but maybe one that was spectacular: i had an awake patient (vegetative state/ koma) and he woke up one day.
that was amazing and i knew that i also had helped him with my work.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

iam always open to get to know new things, new views, new crafts, new people.

i could teach you: some crafts: create your own basket weave, working with clay (ceramics), working with wood and everything that you can make with your hands.

i can also teach you throwing a disc in different ways: inside, outside, forehand, backhand, scoober, overhad, knive... :D
