Hi everybody,
My name is Friederike, I am originally from the beautiful city of Munich, Germany, where I grew up until I was 19.

After finishing my studies, I worked in Senegal for 10 months and in the USA for 12 months, always with children with and without special needs. After that, I returned to Munich and got a job there for 2 years.

Right now I am in Australia and will work here for a year 😄😉

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all I would like to continue my traveling around the world! Therefore it is useful to save some money and to meet new people at the same time!
I am very interested in exploring new countries, cultures and interesting people.
As I already have friends in Senegal and the USA I would love to extend my acquaintances and have contacts all over the world!
I think couchsurfing is the best way to meet new people and it is always great to share his place with others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Africa by myself right after finishing college to work there for 10 months! It was one of the best and richest experiences in my life so far.

I am willing to share my experiences I made abroad with other people! Also, I try to study the official language of Senegal, Wolof. I would love to speak Wolof fluently one day!
