ABOUT ME

I'm a fly by night sort of person that can't stand being in one place for too long. Although, that sort of changed when I lived in Northern CA for two years, I loved it there and want to go back one day.

PHILOSOPHY

We're only filters. We can't change what comes into our lives, only what we send out from ourselves.

I've not done anything with CS for years.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few places, all with fantastic people.
I've hosted a LOT of people now and really do like it a lot.
I think I prefer hosting to surfing. I know I shouldn't, but I always feel like I'm a pest and in the way.

Interests

There are so few things that do not have anything interesting about them I could go on and on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd say my rather spur of the moment choice to become a new york bike messenger at 17. I left Southern CA, flew to NYC and was a messenger, for a day. I'd have stayed longer if my place to live didn't fall through the day I got there.

Walked and hitched across the U.S. with my brother in 2007.

I want to learn why we're born into a place that forces us to either submit to something or break free. And why so many choose to submit.
