Hey, I'm Friedrich from Germany. I've lived in Berlin for more than 19 years and finished an apprenticeship in audio engineering. After that, I travelled to Iran and the UAE without flying – mostly hitchhiking – within six months. This was definitely one of the best experiences in my life. In general, I love traveling, getting in touch with other cultures and learning from them. Currently, I'm studying Renewable Energy Systems in Dresden, but having a long holiday in which I was traveling East Africa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to explore foreign cultures, and couchsurfing is one of the best ways to do this. So, I'm looking forward to learning about your language, traditions, music, and way of life! I think with traveling and sharing ideas, people can learn a lot from each other.
